Stripped down and ready to be chopped up

It took about 6 hours and nearly everything was removed from the bike to get it ready to cut off the rear suspension in preparation for a hardtail rebuild.  I was able to hook up with Elswick and they fabricated an extended (3"-4") and lowered (2"-3") weld-on hardtail for me.  Took about a week and I was very impressed with the quality of the welds.
